DAKOTA PHOTOS / Clientes & Instalaciones / Faunia Madrid / Faunia Madrid - theme park
Faunia was our first collaboration with group Parques Reunidos, one of the largest leisure park operators in the world, with 50 years of experience and currently operating more than 60 parks in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia.
In this park, where various ecosystems have been created that are used in educational and interactive activities, the possibility of interacting with those animals that require special protection and care was missing.

In this park, where various ecosystems have been created that are used in educational and interactive activities, the possibility of interacting with those animals that require special protection and care was missing.
Dakota Photos was in charge of immortalising the emotions and images of visitors interacting with the animals using its own chroma technology, without invading the animal’s space nor intruding in their daily development. And without the visitors being in danger when petting the crocodiles!
We expanded the offer to visitors, and consequently increased sales.
The Park had also detected a problem at closing time, as there were crowds of visitors asking to see the photographs taken during their stay. To solve this, we modified the system for viewing the photographs, making it more agile to deal with crowds at the exit that meant a loss of sales due to a certain disorganisation up to that point.
